FASTASP provides World Wide Web page hosting, FASTASP reserves the right to suspend or cancel any customer's access to any or all services provided by FastAsp when FastAsp decides that the account has been inappropriately used.

SERVER USE (regular accounts Only)
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only, account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.

FastAsp reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.

FastAsp does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any International legislation

- Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic, images, photos, words, Forums, cartoon, jokes, "links to" or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of FastAsp.

- Online Games Sites - Includes all online Casinos, gambling,Muds,Egg Drop, Games forums .

- Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, freaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

- Bots Includes by not limited to IRC, PSY, BNC.

Invalid or Non-Transferable Domains - Every account must have a properly registered domain name, which resides on our name servers DNS within 30 days of the account's opening. All Cgi , Asp , Php & email functions will work AFTER your domain pointing to our DNS. No warnings and any payments already made will be forfeited. No refunds will be given .

-No Spamming - Any site operators who uses/stores any kind of spamming software, or whose spamming activities affect FastAsp Inc. servers negatively in any way, will have their accounts terminated without warning.

In addition, FastAsp reserves the right to edit Quotas for all plans at anytime.

You can run any CGI and non-CGI scripts you desire, however we reserve the right to disable anyscript that dramatically affects server performance.

We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Unlimited use policy

High bandwidth usage: Fastasp offers an unlimited use policy by maintaining very large ratios of bandwidth per customer. In rare cases, Fastasp may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, Fastasp reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.

HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY

Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. FastAsp may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:

When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources available, FastAsp reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers.

Abuse policy

1) Fastasp offer unlimited bandwidth with our accounts. By this, we mean for legitimate web site content and bandwidth for visitors to view it. All files on a domain must be part of the active website and linked to the site.

2) The primary purpose of any script must be to produce a web page. Scripts that send a single email based upon user entered information, or update a database are acceptable. Scripts that send bulk email or perform processor intensive database processes are not allowed. All outgoing mail is monitored and filtered.

3) Sites must not contain password protected archive (e.g. zip or rar) files, or data back ups

4) Scripts on the site must be designed to produce web-based content, and not to use the server as an application server. Using the server to generate large volumes of email from a database is an example of activity that is not allowed. Scripts should not attempt to manipulate the timeouts on servers

5)Fastasp have a Police Liaison function and we are committed to assisting, and cooperating with, all law enforcement and government agencies in helping to reduce Internet Crime.Fastasp will suspend access to an account which contains invalid or fraudulent detail

PAYMENT POLICIES

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although FastAsp reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year or month following the date the account was established.

In addition, FastAsp reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was.

No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via e-mail shortly after the online purchase has been made.
All payment is only accepted in US dollars.

You are required to have a valid credit card and 2 email addresses registered on your account at all times, failure to do so may result in suspension of your account.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep costs down FastAsp accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, ONLY.

About Service Renew

Payment is due each anniversary year following the date the account was established.

Customers will not be automatically charged again at the end of their prepay period .

FastASP will send an email to the customers 10 days before the renew period .If no renewal order was sent back from the customer then the account will be suspended . The account Termination will occur after 15 days from suspension . Any Purchased Optional Extra Feature ( MySql , Extra Space , Pointer , ..etc. ) during the Expired Purchased Period will be Charged Automatically with your Renewal Order Charges Unless Cancelled by the Client when Renewing the account .

In situations where the card number on file is declined FASTASP will immediately suspend the account and the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

FastASP.NET reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. Customer refund requests are to be sent to billing@FastASP.NET and will only be processed within ONLY 30 days of signing up and in the cases of service non- performance that might be caused by FastAsp's side,

(Site downtime AFTER transfer to our DNS (Nameservers) - ASP , PHP scripts are not running - FTP not working - All emails not recieving & sending)

First you must open a Ticket on our Ticket System mentioning your problem for our technicians to check & if it`s not solved Refund will be done .

Your Tickets numbers with any of above problems should be included in your request .

Refund requests will be refused if it's requested for any cause that's out of FastAsp's side, For example:

- Domain transfer failure.

- Failure of any third party programs that's not supported by FASTASP.

- Asking for third party tools that`s not listed on our Hosting plans .

- Customers leakage of experience in dealing with web basics and communication protocols

-No Refund after the service renew .

FASTASP will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer, FastAsp makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.

FastAsp disclaims any warrantee merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by FASTASP.NET and its employees.

FastAsp reserves the right to revise the above mentioned policies at any time
